ZACH'S GOALS

1. ZERO Credit card date by December
2. retake my NERC Test and pass by 08.30.08
3. weight train 3 times per week and do cardio 3 times per week
4. Save $500 per month
5. Play poker at least three times per month
6. Be with Giordonna 4 full days per month

Pissed at myself goals!

So I dropped the ball and didn't pass the NERC exam the first time around. I'm going to rededicate myself to myself again. i've been self sabotaging because i'm frustrated and stressed with numerous things not going my way in life. If anything, my exwife hiring a lawyer put me over the edge.

So, as i've always done, the minute i get pissed at myself I usually do something BIG and make a run at success, stardom and fame. Since i'm still myself it looks like this is exactly what i'm going to do.

Update for my Goals

1. Finish my modules for the NERC certification, be averaging 85's, schedule my class for May, and take the test before the end of May.
- Apr 20, Have the EOP section finished by Thur and have Interchange scheduling and Coordination half done by sunday WHILE IN AUSTIN!

2. Spend 1 full weekend and 2 evenings per Month with my daughter.
- I need to coordinate this for the divorce decree and because i miss my daughter. I will work on this tonight after working out.

3. Get back down to 185lbs with abs. I want to maintain around 10% body fat.
- I have started and will continue working out everyday minus ONE rest day each week. This begins tonight with cardio!
- Apr 20th, i've worked out and ate well the entire week. I've worked out 5/7 days and i'm down 5lbs for the last 2 weeks and 26lbs since Jan. I plan on working out in Austin by running in the morn and lifting after the conf.

4. Develop my blending and scratch skills as a DJ. Go through my tutorials on both.
- work through the basic scratches (2) and beat juggling on the DJ Shortee tutorial
- Apr 20, I will NOT start this until I get my NERC stuff out of the way OR between
a. i'd like to do one party for friends where i DJ
b. i'd like to offer my services for free to an event to DJ

5. Finalize my divorce
- Papers are signed. We are waiting out the waiting period and for ex to get refied truck and CC.

6. Pay off my CC and student loan debts.
- I will overpay my CC by at least $250 every month.
- Apr 20, Maria assumed 95% of the debt. This leaves me with less than $2000 of CC debt.

7. Save enough money to purchase a full music production setup and start working on music production.
- I will save $500 each month for the next 5 months to purchase my Logic, Mac Book Pro, and Pro Tools.
- Next week I will start putting aside $200 per check towards this and an amplifier.

8. Begin development of my Synergize program
- Work on a brainstorm outline for the program and meet with Odis next week on this. I will work on this during my night shifts this weekend.

b. Virtual and real life test groups
c. Start the development of the music for the classes

Tired

I'm going to intentionally miss one day of exercise today. I switched to day shifts working 4am - 4pm for the next 3 days. Every 1st day shift back i have problems sleeping. First i can't fall asleep and then when i do I sleep very light scared i'm not going to wake up. Needless to say last night was more of the same.

I'm going to go home and sleep immediately. I won't 2 a day catch up, but i will workout this sunday even though i'm not planned to do so.

Divorce Sucks

I worked out yesterday, I started my cardio today and received a call from my phone company requesting payment. Come to find out I had run up a $350 bill some how last month. hrmmm... So cardio was cut short.

cool, we are up again

Doesn't look anything like the old, but expect it to look better than the old very soon.
