I'm currently in week two of an eight week program... Having grown very tired of the
boring treadmill routine, I've recently discovered step aerobics as a great alternative:
Current Exercise Regemin:
Mon: Chest / Back / Schwinn Airdyne (20-40 min.)
Tuesday: Cathe Friedrich Basic Step / Body Fusion
Wed: Bi's / Tri's / Ellipse (20-40 min.)
Thurs: Basic Step / Body Fusion
Fri: Shoulders / Abs / Legs /Schwinn Airdyne (20-40 min.)
Sat: Basic Step / Body Fusion
All workouts are done 1st thing in the morning before I head to
work, and I'm really in a groove right now. My wife and I are planning a trip to
Mexico, and we both wanna lose some excess belly fat before we cross
the border...
